​For all Clients Entering/Exiting the studio

​

• Clients are asked to stay home if they have any symptoms of infection or cold/flu such as: cough, fever, headache, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat, loss of taste or smell. Please note: Late cancellation fees are not in effect at this time. 

​

• Clients will remain outside of the building until the instructor invites them in. This allows for the studio to be cleaned between hourly sessions and for the previous session to exit prior to new clients arriving. 

​

• All clients must wear a mask upon entering/exiting the studio and building. 

​

• Clients must remove shoes inside the door. 

​

• Instructors will offer clients hand sanitizer at the door and request washing hands with soap and water prior to and after their session. 

​

For Private Pilates Sessions (1 on 1sessions) 

• All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to session.

​

• Instructors will wear mask and wash hands before & after each session. 

​

• Clients may wear mask or gloves during session. 

​

• Clients must wear grippy socks during the session. No Bare Feet at this time.

​

• Teacher and student will maintain 6 feet of social distance during the session. - No hands on adjustments will be provided. 

​

For Group Equipment Sessions 

• Equipment will be spaced at a minimum of 6 feet apart. 

​

• Teacher will wear a mask and maintain 6 feet distance from all clients. 

​

• No adjustments will be provided by the instructor. 

​

• Clients may wear masks or gloves during the session. 

Cleaning Between Sessions. Instructor only (not clients) will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning used equipment between sessions. This includes scrubbing down all surfaces touched by client on each piece of equipment. 

Main door knob, studio door knobs and stair well handrail will be wiped down with disinfectant. - Bathroom door knob, toilet and faucet will be cleaned with disinfectant only if student or teacher used it during prior session. 

• As weather permits windows will be kept opened while studio is open to increase air flow.
